Elizabeth Ngere is the founder of Women Arise for Positive Change (WAPC) and serves as the President and board of directors of WAPC. She is a social entrepreneur and a health counselour in the areas of HIV/AIDS. Elizabeth holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, a Diploma in HIV/AIDS counselling and management from the African Institute of Development Studies. She is also a holder of certificate in porfessional Peace and Conflict Resolution from Rotary Peace Centre Chulalongkorn University. Her experience includes seven years of community sevice with Care for AIDS International. She has also served in both Kenya and Tanzania through Performing Arts to sensitize and educate youths on social issues. A native of Kenya, Elizabeth is fluent in Luo, Kiswahili and English languages.
