Ms. Francis is a Financial Advisor with Regions Investment Solutions, a subsidiary of Regions Bank and provides a customized approach to solving financial challenges for both existing customers and those in the community. Her fourteen years of financial services experience has had her focus on implementing retirement benefits for businesses, managing assets with alternative investments and helping retirees maximize their income options. She enjoys her work and to that end has participated in local business organizations and mentored young professionals while continuing to grow in her field.
Throughout her career, Ms. Francis has achieved recognition for her accomplishments along the way. Her production as an advisor qualified her as President’s Club participant and New Associate of the Year (2007) in her role with National Legacy Group while in New Jersey. Upon moving to Houston, her decision to participate in the restaurant business to feature her culture resulted in her being awarded International Woman of the Year (2011) by the Texas Women’s Empowerment Forum, nomination for the Mack Hannah Upstart Business Award by the Houston Black Chamber of Commerce (2011) and participation the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business initiative (2012) which provided a Certificate of Entrepreneurship.
Originally from Kingston, Jamaica Ms. Francis supports the mission of our organization to empower women socially and economically across the globe and locally. She enjoys providing the resources necessary to enable people to create the change they desire to see in their lives. Her arrival to the U.S in pursuit of her Masters of Arts in Economics at Georgia State University in 2001 and the opportunities for development she has gained over the years she has found invaluable and desires to pass on the lessons learned.
