United4Change Center has partnered with Women Arise for Positive Change in Kenya led by Elizabeth Ngere, who is a social entrepreneur, a recent graduate of the Rotary Peace Fellowship program at Chulalongkorn University, a wife and a mother of five children. She is the founder of Women Arise for Positive Change (WAPC) and serves as the President and board of directors of WAPC. She is also a health counselor in the areas of HIV/AIDS. Elizabeth holds a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Kenya Institute of Management, a Diploma in HIV/AIDS counseling and management from the African Institute of Development Studies. She is also a holder of a certificate in professional Peace and Conflict Resolution from Rotary Peace Centre Chulalongkorn University. Her experience includes seven years of community service with Care for AIDS International. She has also served in both Kenya and Tanzania through Performing Arts to sensitize and educate youths on social issues. A native of Kenya, Elizabeth is fluent in Luo, Kiswahili and English languages..
