Growing Together: U4C and Club of Rome Argentina Join Forces to Create Lasting Change

United4Change Center and Fundación Club de Roma Argentina are joining forces .....

At United4Change Center, we have always believed that real change begins when people come together. Every community has ideas, talent, and leaders ready to create solutions. Sometimes, what is needed is the right connection, the right support, and the opportunity to turn those ideas into something bigger.

Today, we are excited to share a new step in that journey. In fact, U4C has signed a collaboration agreement with Fundación Club de Roma Argentina. Through this collaboration, we will expand opportunities for communities and strengthen projects that bring social, economic, and environmental impact.

This partnership is not the beginning of a conversation, but rather the continuation of a shared commitment. In 2024, Gonzalo del Castillo, Executive Director of Fundación Club de Roma Argentina, joined one of U4C’s programs. He led a conversation on climate change and business with Indigenous entrepreneurs in Argentina. The session opened an important dialogue: how can businesses grow while also caring for the communities and environments around them?

That question is at the heart of this collaboration.

For years, U4C has worked alongside women and communities around the world, supporting local leaders who are building new paths toward opportunity, resilience, and change. Through entrepreneurship, education, and empowerment programs, U4C believes that transformation grows from within communities. It multiplies when people have access to the right tools.

Fundación Club de Roma Argentina brings a global perspective focused on sustainability, systemic thinking, and regenerative development. Its work encourages new ways of understanding today’s challenges. It recognizes that social, economic, and environmental issues are deeply connected.

Together, both organizations share a common vision: the future requires solutions that do not look at people, the economy, and the planet separately.

Through this alliance, U4C and Fundación Club de Roma Argentina will explore opportunities to develop new initiatives. They will strengthen programs in Argentina, promote technology and education, support women entrepreneurs, and connect communities with broader networks of knowledge and collaboration.

More than an agreement between two organizations, this partnership represents a bridge between experiences, ideas, and people working toward the same goal. Together, we seek to create opportunities today while protecting the possibilities of tomorrow.

Because building a better future is not the responsibility of one organization, one community, or one country. It is something we create together.

And it reaches far beyond her home.

This movement is built on a simple truth: when one woman is supported, the impact doesn’t stop with her. It never does. It extends into her children, her neighbors, her community, into families, communities, and futures none of us will fully see, but all of us can help shape.

Join the Ripple of Change!

And it reaches far beyond her home.

What is Resilience?

How do communities become stronger, more cohesive, and less vulnerable to volatility? Challenges shaped by generations of complexity call for a tailored, holistic approach, and that is why we take our community partnerships so seriously.

At United4Change Center, we know that a community cannot be strong without healthy, thriving women. In many places around the world, women still face barriers to education, health, and economic opportunity. Yet they are the key to building resilience. By partnering with them, we help create strong, thriving communities.

Why?

Because when women thrive, the impact multiplies.

Women are the hubs of society and touch more lives than most people realize. When a woman gains financial independence and stability, her children, her extended family, and her friends benefit too.

Join us. Support women, strengthen resilience, and watch entire communities thrive!

You’re not just changing lives, you’re building stronger communities. Your contribution helps us invest in the emotional and financial well-being of women because we know they are the heart of healthy communities.

By partnering with local leaders and organizations, your impact extends far beyond typical organizations.
