Director of Bolivian Programs

Victor Hugo serves as Director of Bolivia Projects. He is a native Bolivian, served as a commercial pilot, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration. He obtained Diplomas as a technician in Programming and foreign trade. Professional training includes courses and workshops in Human and public relations and administrative procedures. He has extensive experience in planning and managing seminars, training programs, and workshops in the areas of healthcare and business administration. His experience roles such as (i) Chief of Public Services and (ii) Chief of Planning of Hospitals; also (iii) Development Manager for institutions such as CIDCAP and United4Change Center. Committed He is currently an active member of the Bolivian Society of Public Health, a scientific association in public health research and education, a nonprofit that provides voluntary counseling to Governmental, and non-governmental entities, and the Academy.
